Kromer's Restaurant & Gewölbekeller in Erfurt

Excellent restaurant! You don't get anything fancy here, but what they cook here cannot be done better in my opinion. Extremely good, handmade, German dishes. Homemade red cabbage, homemade dumplings, top quality meat! The ambience invites you to linger and my favorite beer is also available here. :-) After the corona pandemic, I'll come by again with my wife.

Since you can only pick it up at the moment, I got krautrouladen today and I have to say super delicious.

A really good down-to-earth house with very good cuisine, regional with influences from the Mediterranean culinary art, imaginative and simply good. Also a good hand with the drinks. Always a good recommendation for Erfurters and visitors if you want to eat something better. For me, the wide range combines the flair of Sunday family meals and international culinary delights. Again and again!

.. as already described by many, the food is very tasty, meat, vegetables, fruit schnapps, beer, everything from the region, even whiskey from Thuringia ... Pre-ordering is certainly not only recommended in difficult times. Bringing a bottle of beer from the guest region for the host is a great idea and "any ice" is broken immediately ....

A place with a nice atmosphere, maybe a little too loud. The staff is friendly and tried hard, but somehow the spark didn't jump out. But this can also be due to the mouth and nose masks. We found the food to be at most average, the sauce gave the impression of being a ready sauce, which was disputed. All in all, however, the Kromers is recommended. However, nothing works without a pre-order or reservation.

We have been going to Erfurt annually for many years. A meal at Kromers is always on the agenda. It's always delicious too. This year there was a little disappointment, the Thuringian dish roulade with dumplings was served with creamy sausage and no red cabbage. Therefore one point deduction. Otherwise everything was perfect again ?

Very nice restaurant with delicious food and drinks. We had a great sitting in the beer garden, but the restaurant also made a very good impression inside. The staff is friendly and kind. Everything was very highly recommended as it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still central.

Great food, slightly expensive, but really nice atmosphere, good service and delicious seasonal and regional food. Me and my girlfriend liked it very much and we would come back anytime

On our round trip through the "new federal states" we also stopped in Erfurt. Recessions help to find a place to stay in a strange city, so we ended up in "Kromers" and the visit was a complete success. Very tasty food, a special beer and great wine. Of course we also brought a bottle from our home for the landlord. (Request on the Kromers website). We can recommend the restaurant unreservedly.

Friendly services and great dishes.

Discovered by accident because it is a bit hidden. A really good restaurant with a small menu. But only fresh ingredients are used here and you can taste that. People still cook with love here.

Very tasty food. Very nice staff. Very friendly - we had reserved a table for the next day, as everything was occupied spontaneously on the evening of the first visit without pre-ordering. Very nice table, food came quickly - always more than recommendable.

Good food, regional suppliers. It is not for nothing that the restaurant is well rated by many. It is advisable to reserve in advance if you do not want to stand in front of a full restaurant on an empty stomach without eating. Prices are justified, the quality is very good. The waitress could also recommend a suitable wine. Also from my side a clear recommendation, this restaurant is worth it!

Nice boss on the phone, friendly greeting in the restaurant. Big compliments to the kitchen. Delicious food and finally a cook who can season! Special requests from our child were gladly taken care of. Kudos to the whole team! Gladly again!

If you happen to find yourself in Erfurt, make sure to check this place out. Small and cosy atmosphere, well-groomed staff that know what they're talking about, and amazing dishes. Mixing authentic German staples with more innovative fair, this is one of the best places to have lunch or dinner.

Excellent food and beer. We tried the beef roullade and the veal cordon Bleu. The staff were very accommodating for my wife and our son and we had a wonderful meal.

High quality food, proper portion size, perfectly acceptable 'delivery' time for freshly cooked meals. Regional and 'european' choices with some nice details/customisations. We started a kittle rocky into the communication with the staff, but it went well, attentive and friendly after that.
